During the carbonisation of the Partner Portal, designers needed to rapidly prepare experiences for the first ERB session, including user flows and wireframes. To streamline this, I helped create the User Flow Library, a set of reusable Figma assets designed to speed up discovery and ensure consistency with the Carbon design system.
Designers needed to produce application flow diagrams, wireframe layouts, and Carbon-aligned components for ERB 1. Creating these from scratch was time-consuming, inconsistent, and slowed early validation, especially during the Lightning → Carbon migration.
Designed a reusable Figma library with flow diagrams, wireframe layouts, and Carbon component placeholders.
Embedded the library into a standard PRM template to standardize ERB 1 submissions and simplify iteration.
Worked closely with designers, product, and development teams to ensure assets reflected real-world ERB needs and component usage.
The User Flow Library allowed designers to quickly assemble application flows and wireframes using consistent, Carbon-aligned components. It made early iteration and validation faster and provided a standard format for ERB 1 submissions.
🎯 The User Flow Library became a cornerstone for ERB 1, allowing teams to focus on experience validation rather than rebuilding components, and contributed to the successful carbonisation of the Partner Portal.
